Empowering everyone to be 100% themselves at work
We want everyone to feel comfortable being themselves in the workplace and able to reach their full potential. With this in mind, we entered the UK Stonewall Workplace Equality Index in 2019, which has helped us to understand how to move forward and where to focus our efforts. We’ve been busy since then, launching our Trans Equality and Transitioning at Work Guide, holding workshops on LGBT+ inclusion (both on and offline) and increasing the number of development opportunities for our LGBT+ people and allies. And we won’t stop there, we’re always searching ways to help AXA become a more inclusive workplace.
