Pay and Bonus

Everyone wants to get paid fairly for what they do. That's why we carefully consider our pay levels and carry out a review each year.

When AXA does well, we share in its success and paying a bonus is one way of saying thanks. All employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus payment each year, dependant on individual and company performance.

Pension and Life Assurance

We want to help you make plans and feel secure about your future, so we offer you a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. We'll also pay generous contributions into your fund depending on the amount you choose to pay in.

Holiday

We value our time away from work as an important part of work-life balance. AXA holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 23 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on role, increasing up to 28 days (plus bank holidays) with length of service. There is also flexibility to buy up to five additional days or sell up to three days, helping everyone to achieve the right balance for them.

We believe in recognising and rewarding you when you demonstrate the behaviours that make AXA great. Our AXA Stars scheme is set up so that we can send a quick eCard to say thank you and or nominate a colleague for an AXA Star cash award!
