Pay and Bonus

Everyone wants to get paid fairly for what they do. That's why we carefully consider our pay levels and carry out a review each year.

When AXA does well, we share in its success and paying a bonus is one way of saying thanks. All employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus payment each year, dependant on individual and company performance.

Pension and Life Cover

We value our time away from work as an important part of work-life balance. AXA holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 25 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on role, increasing up to 28 days (plus bank holidays) with length of service. There is also flexibility to buy or sell up to five additional days, helping everyone to achieve the right balance for them.


We believe in recognising and rewarding you when you demonstrate the behaviours that make AXA great. Our AXA Stars scheme is set up so that we can send a quick eCard to say thank you and or nominate a colleague for an AXA Star cash award!


Employees are also invited to take part in the annual share plan. Employees can buy shares and also be offered an interest free loan to purchase shares if they don’t want to purchase outright.
