Job overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Pricing Governance Analyst to join us on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Pricing Governance Manager, your role will include assistance in drafting changes to key pricing policy and philosophy documents. You’ll also provide clear and accurate analysis of AXA Health’s products to ensure fair pricing, compliance with regulations and value for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collation of datasets and reports to support the Fair Pricing Annual Review, audits, process and model reviews, and stakeholder escalations.
  • Provide analysis and challenge on pricing assurance matters arising from MI, audits, reviews and stakeholder discussions to ensure controls are effective and issues are addressed.
  • Review and analyse Product Rate Review MI and implementation, to confirm that assurance controls are completed and properly evidenced.
  • Maintain and communicate the Pricing Assurance Control Matrix, keeping stakeholders informed of updates and ensuring control frameworks are up to date.
  • Monitor and report on pricing-related risk incidents, attestations and KRI assessments to support ongoing risk management.
  • Build strong relationships across Pricing, Risk, Compliance and Governance teams to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure alignment on pricing integrity and compliance.

Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

Your skills & experience:

  • Knowledge of PMI products and how personal lines insurance pricing works, including the systems used.
  • Awareness of the regulatory rules the business must follow and understanding how large organisations operate.
  • Ablility to clearly communicate ideas and information.
  • Understand and explain technical concepts to different teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid mathematical skills to analyse data accurately.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Focused on finding solutions, with a commitment to delivering results and continuously improving processes.
  • Self-driven with a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
