Are you interested in becoming a Conduct Risk MI and Insights Manager and be at the forefront of safeguarding customer interests within our AXA Health division. You’ll maintain a comprehensive view of Conduct Risk by collating data from multiple internal sources and delivering insightful analysis that supports business performance assessment and strategic decision-making. You’ll lead the ongoing development and embedding of Consumer Duty MI, ensuring that sources of customer harm are effectively monitored and mitigated through continuous improvement of reporting approaches.

You’ll collaborate closely with key business areas to identify root causes when Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) exceed acceptable levels, providing actionable insights to support improvements. Additionally, you’ll facilitate core elements of conduct governance, including managing the AXA Health Conduct Risk Working Group, and deputise for the Head of Enterprise Governance & Reporting on conduct risk monitoring and governance matters. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to facilitate Conduct Risk reporting and present insights to key committees.
  • Monitor conduct risk performance against thresholds, identify issues, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to ensure timely receipt and understanding of conduct-related MI.
  • Work with Data Insight teams to ensure accurate and timely Consumer Duty Dashboard data, suggesting enhancements as needed.
  • Provide conduct risk MI to governance bodies, including Risk Committees and Boards, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of risk indicators, offering advice on corrective actions to mitigate conduct risks.
  • Maintain and develop the Conduct Risk Framework, considering emerging risks and regulatory changes.
  • Offer advice, training, and guidance on conduct MI to promote positive customer outcomes and uphold ethics and integrity.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experienced conduct risk professional with strong knowledge of applicable FCA regulation and customer focussed expectations.
  • Subject matter expertise in general conduct risk in the insurance sector. (GI previous experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills (Experience of using Power BI an advantage but not essential).
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant insurance regulation, operating practices and conduct risk frameworks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, planning, networking and conduct management skills.
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills up to and including Executive level.
