This fundamental role will help foster understanding, drive adoption, and encourage sustained behavioural change across AXA Health. By embedding new ways of working and shaping organisational mindset and culture, you’ll play a key part in ensuring effective two-way communication at all levels, ultimately supporting our ongoing commitment to organisational excellence and innovation.

  • Create clear, compelling, and accessible content explaining Systems Thinking principles and benefits in simple, relatable terms.
  • Craft messaging that promotes mindset shifts and supports cultural transformation, beyond procedural updates.
  • Tailor communications for frontline, operational, and executive audiences to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives, campaign design, and establish communication rhythms to sustain engagement and momentum.
  • Monitor feedback channels, evaluate effectiveness, and adapt strategies to improve reach and resonance.
