What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and delivering a risk-based framework for oversight of governance for medical and clinical provider risk to ensure management across all types of medical and clinical third parties.
  • Develop and deliver an effective and efficient medical and clinical third-party assurance model which oversees third-party providers and integrates with the AXA Group Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Policy (GORP).
  • Design and continuously improve management information (MI) and reporting to give the Executive Committee a view of medical and clinical third-party provider risk which draws out actionable insight.
  • Coordinate and support risk assurance and validation testing of external technology service provider resilience provisions (e.g. cloud and SaaS) to ensure service alignment with AXA Health operational resilience tolerances for the relevant Important Business Services (IBS).
  • Mature the enterprise-wide third-party provider management approach to deliver and continuously improve procedures, monitoring, reporting and governance processes to create and maintain consistent and best in class assurance protocols and testing programmes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills up to and including Executive level, ability to engage business teams on the value of assurance activity and influence buy-in of proposed solutions to issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and in particular ability to create key reporting.
