At AXA Health, we’re committed to building a strong online presence that elevates our brand and supports our SEO strategy. Our Digital PR and Outreach team plays a key role in securing high-quality backlinks, engaging with influential health and wellbeing voices, and positioning AXA Health as a leader in the industry. We believe that strategic outreach and compelling campaigns can truly transform our digital footprint and customer engagement.

As a Digital PR and Outreach Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and performance of innovative digital PR campaigns that generate backlinks, brand mentions, and media coverage. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you'll develop strategic relationships, optimise campaign impact, and ensure activities align with AXA Health’s broader SEO and brand objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence our digital reputation and strengthen our market position.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with our external Digital PR agency, providing clear briefs, strategic direction, and ongoing feedback to ensure campaign success
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, brand) to develop and launch data-driven digital PR campaigns that deliver backlinks and brand mentions aligned with business priorities
  • Support the identification and development of relationships with healthcare professionals, media, bloggers, and influencers in the health and wellbeing space, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness using key metrics such as backlinks, referral traffic, domain authority, and keyword rankings, providing insights to optimise future activity
  • Ensure outreach activities complement broader SEO and content strategies, staying current with search engine algorithm updates and PR best practices
  • Represent AXA Health at industry events, conferences, and forums to stay ahead of outreach trends and build strategic industry relationships
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication across all campaign activities, maintaining brand safety and compliance standards
  • Use industry insights and analytics to continually refine outreach strategies, improve performance, and maximise ROI

  • Relevant degree or marketing qualification with a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategies
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and nurture networks internally and externally
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to align outreach activity with broader business goals
  • Deep knowledge of the health insurance industry and awareness of multi-channel marketing environments
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under pressure
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, digital PR trends, and industry best practices
