It’s an exciting time to join the Service Operations team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us ensure a seamless integrated service through a range of suppliers, both internal and external whilst delivering the best possible operational services, we’re looking for two IT Vendor Managers to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of UK IT Vendor Management, you’ll lead, manage and develop key IT third party relationships with suppliers, vendors and business partners via the UK IT vendor management office across the AXA UK and Ireland estate.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
