A brilliant night was had by all at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards on Wednesday 10th June. Held in the Grand Hall of the Old Billingsgate Centre in London these awards recognise and reward the best and most successful individuals and organisations in the contact centre and customer service industry.
What made it even better was to see our AXA Health colleagues pick up the award for Large Contact Centre of the Year for their office in Tunbridge Wells. Especially when you consider who our comeptition was - Air France, Bristish Gas and LV=.
It is a special award for AXA because, unlike most awards where decisions are based upon written entries, the judges actually visited our Tunbridge Wells office and made their decision on the strength of what they saw and who they spoke to.
It is a fantastic achievement and welcome recognition for all the hard work, dedication and commitment everyone in AXA Health customer service has shown over the past few years. We are all really very proud.
