We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our Physician-led team on a permanent basis, and work remotely in a Location Independent capacity which could include possible clinic days in London.

You will carry out independent medical assessments both on client sites and from home, supporting our clients in a proactive, positive and effective manner, whilst acting as a point of escalation for our wider Occupational Health team.

You will work as part of an experienced OH team providing a supportive working culture, in an organisation which cares for the wellbeing of its employees. We offer provisions for internal and external CPD, annual appraisal and revalidation, as well as support towards professional membership fees.

Please note that whilst this is a full time role, we are happy to discuss flexible working.


You will preferably have MFOM/FFOM and be on the GMC’s Specialist Register, or working towards that, ideally with strong experience to excel in a diverse Occupational Health Physician role. Strong candidates with AFOM may be considered.

Our specialist Health Services team sits as part of the wider AXA PPP healthcare business, and encompasses a range of healthcare services and professionals. Our key areas include Occupational Health, Musculoskeletal, and Psychological Services, where we have experienced clinical and non-clinical staff such as nurses, Occupational Health Advisors, Occupational Health Practitioners, Aeromedical Examiners, physiotherapists, psychologists, counsellors, and coordinators. But as with any business, our team extends beyond that to finance professionals, IT gurus and customer experience consultants, all dedicated to providing an innovative and seamless service for our customers.

Pay and Bonus

We want to help you actively plan for a financially healthy retirement, so we offer a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. This means that we contribute to your pension fund depending on the amount you choose to pay in.


Work life balance is important. Our holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 23 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on role, increasing up to 28 days (plus bank holidays) with length of service. There’s also flexibility to buy up to five additional days or sell up to three days, helping you to achieve the right balance for you.
