Every AXA business has a dedicated Learning & Development team which works to help you develop and grow.  It’s an active demonstration of the way we value our people.
There are a number of different opportunities available to our employees across the group:

Bespoke in-house courses and workshops – on everything from time management and influencing techniques through to presentation skills.

Support for business-related professional qualifications – important in financial services generally, but also highly relevant to specific disciplines such as HR and Marketing.

Access to our Learning Resource Centre – containing over 1,400 solutions that cover a range of topics.

Our approach is to nurture a continuous learning culture, encouraging our employees to improve their core competencies in all areas of business performance and to be proactive in their own development. This way individuals benefit as well as the company. We encourage you to take ownership of your learning.

We support development in a variety of ways – very conscious of the fact that workshops are not always the best choice. So as well as taking part in more formal, trainer-led sessions, you can access a wide range of materials in our Learning Zone, including books, videos and CD-ROMs, as well as a portfolio of online learning modules through our learning management system.
