Competitive salary
We regularly benchmark to make sure we stay competitive. Your starting salary will reflect your skills and experience. Increases will be based on your pay range and annual performance review.
Bonus
Your bonus is a reflection of how well we’re doing as a company and how well you’re doing as an individual. In senior roles, it can add up to as much as 43.5% of salary.

Pensions
In a world where a good pension is more important than ever, our money-purchase scheme represents great value. Your core contribution can be varied according to age, and when you pay more you get an extra contribution from us. Holidays
We believe people who work hard deserve lots of time off to relax and recharge their batteries. You can expect a minimum of 23 days' annual leave, rising to 28 after five years’ service. There’s also a scheme that allows you to buy more holiday. Career breaks and sabbaticals are possible under certain circumstances.

If you're eligible for a company car, you can choose one that reflects your needs and lifestyle from a wide range of options via our Inland Revenue-approved scheme.
Health and wellbeing
All our employees can take out private medical insurance at reduced cost and we offer it for free to senior employees. We also provide a company-wide Occupational Health Service and access to professional counsellors if you need to share a problem.
Hours of work
35 or 37.5 hours a week is pretty typical, although we try to be flexible wherever possible to allow you to balance work with other things that matter. If it fits with the needs of the business, it’s also possible to work extra hours and take time off in lieu.
Life Cover
Irrespective of your choice of pension provision, we will provide you with life cover of 4 times Reference Salary.
