Ours is an HR Business Partner model, and we have Centres of Excellence which provide thought leadership and specialist advice to all areas of the AXA business. Our commercially switched-on and strategically-minded HR Business Partners work with Directors and Senior Managers to champion and develop the people agenda. Our first-class Centres of Excellence are experts in their field and produce brilliant solutions for business needs; solutions which engage and inspire all our people. We have a number of specialists teams within HR:

  • Reward. We provide specialist advice on reward strategy, pay awards and bonus schemes; we manage our employee benefits offering too.
  • HR Services. We advise and guide managers on day-to-day issues, as well as produce contracts, manage payroll and support changes in the business.
  • Employee Relations. We’re responsible for our HR policies and we give specialist advice to managers on potentially high risk people issues.
  • Resourcing. We make sure that we’re attracting and selecting the best candidates for our roles.
  • Talent, Leadership & Development. We’re at the heart of the AXA commitment to growing and developing our talent, whether it’s management skills, technical skills or career development. We also look after our employer brand both internally and externally.
