It’s fair to say that it’s within Claims that you can really see our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service – to being there when our customers need us most. Whether a customer has had an accident, or their car has been stolen, or they simply want reassurance about some aspect of their policy, our Claims Handlers and Claims Negotiators need to provide a fast, efficient and professional service at all times. It’s about being an attentive listener and a problem solver. It’s a comforting voice and a helping hand. Yes, the work can be demanding but it can be incredibly rewarding too, knowing that you’ve really made a difference to a customer or their family. To support our Claims teams, and to make sure that they have the most accurate information and the full facts at their fingertips, we employ expert Motor Engineers, Claims Inspectors and Surveyors.

We have dedicated Claims teams in AXA Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary, AXA Personal Direct and Partnerships and AXA PPP Healthcare.
