I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Use the password reminder service. Just enter your email address and your password will then be emailed to you.

I have tried the password reminder link, but I’m still having trouble accessing my account – what should I do?

Email your query to our Resourcing team. Please note that this email is only to be used for resolving system access issues. If you have a query regarding your application you should contact the Recruiting Manager responsible for the post you applied for. The confirmation emails you received upon receipt of your initial registration or application will have contained a contact email address or telephone number for any queries you may have.

Are there any part time vacancies?

Yes, we do have part-time opportunities. Please refer to the description of each vacancy we advertise, as this will provide the details of the hours available.

I can't find a suitable role, can I send AXA my cv?

We encourage candidates to apply for particular jobs rather than applying speculatively.

Can you alert me when new jobs are available?

Of course. You can set up a bespoke email alert tailored to your criteria to your particular needs.

If my application is unsuccessful will someone let me know?

Of course. AXA's policy is to e-mail every single person who applies to let them know the outcome of their application, successful or not. If you reach interview stage we also provide feedback to every candidate.

Does AXA offer work experience?

Unfortunately AXA doesn't have a formal work experience programme. However, check back regularly as this is something we're looking to implement in the future.

Please can you clarify interview location, content and structure?

Do we have any gap year opportunities?

Unfortunately we don't offer gap year opportunities at present.

What identification will I need?/ What security/pre-employment checks will I undergo?

We ask all candidates to bring proof of eligibility to work in the UK We can accept a passport on its own, or a full birth certificate together with a P45 document (P45, P60, NI card, government agency letter). You'll also need to bring a proof of address. Our referencing checks also include employment/personal references as well as academic, medical and credit checks.

Do you provide relocation assistance?

For some roles we will offer relocation assistance. Please ask the contact you are given if this applies to the role you have applied for.

What happens to my application after I have applied?

Your details will be reviewed by our Resourcing team who create a shortlist of the most suitable candidates. This shortlist is then sent to the Hiring Manager.

How long will it take before I hear about a job I have applied for?

If you have been shortlisted we will e-mail you to let you know if you have been successful or not. Ordinarily, this process is completed within 5 working days of the closing date.

If I am unsuccessful for a position when can I re-apply?

We'd ask you to withhold from reapplying for at least six months.
