The AXA Underwriting and Offer Development teams are some of the most respected in the industry - due largely to the excellent selection of recognised training programmes we run.  Many of our Underwriters are talented graduates who have developed their understanding, explored case studies and constantly tested their knowledge and expertise. In AXA Life, they will often have attended our unique Underwriting Academy. 

From this strong position, they go on to gain their formal qualifications and manage a wide portfolio of products.  Our aim at all times is to offer customers the best possible terms.
