Customer Service in Ipswich (AXA Insurance)

At our busy site in central Ipswich we have a variety of roles, dealing with personal insurance customers on behalf of intermediaries or our corporate partners.

As a Claims Negotiator, you'll make sure our customers receive an efficient and reliable claims service. This will involve settling claims according to our policies, so you'll need an eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent Customer Service. So you'll be a good communicator, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Our Customer Service Representatives support our customers, while selling them a range of products to meet their needs. As well as being an articulate and discrete communicator, you'll ideally have sales experience and the ability to meet targets. That means thinking on your feet and having a keen eye for detail, while always putting the customer first. Naturally, you'll need to know your way around a PC and be good at listening.
