Internal Audit
With approximately 40 people based across London, Basingstoke, Bristol, Tunbridge Wells, Ipswich and Lytham, Group Internal Audit (GIA) provides a risk-based audit assurance service for all the AXA UK companies. We work closely with the business, highlighting potential risks and issues and – where necessary – prompting changes and improvements in the control environment.
Our programme of audits provides a unique opportunity to develop skills in risk management, governance, control and change. All the while, you’ll be developing your understanding of our complex and diverse business and building your own career path. You’ll have regular contact with senior managers and executives and gain an impressive perspective on AXA’s wider work. In many cases, this leads to new challenges and opportunities in the future.
If you have a background in Finance, IT, Internal Audit or Insurance – and you’re a strong communicator who can manage relationships and assert yourself where necessary – you’ll fit in well.
