What we offer

The quick answer is everything you need. Challenges, opportunities, support. An inspirational working environment which encourages bold, creative thinking. A place where you can be yourself. Where you're recognised and valued and rewarded. It's all here waiting for you. We'll challenge you every day and we'll expect you to challenge us too.

Rewards and benefits

You'll start on a basic salary of at least £26,000 a year (reward review pending), depending on the programme you're joining. You'll have regular pay reviews (and receive a performance-related bonus) at the end of each completed placement within your business area.

You'll enjoy a minimum of 25 days' holiday, company pension scheme and share options. And it's only right that we give you a healthy discount on AXA products. We're an active lot and there are always plenty of sports and social events happening. And if there's something you'd like to arrange, do it. We like to try new things here.

Learning and development

Tailored to you, owned by you, driven by you, your Personal Development Plan will ensure you have the constant support and guidance of your line managers and mentors. As well as on-the-job training, you'll receive regular one-to-one coaching from your line managers. Feedback's vital, and regular performance reviews are part-and-parcel of the programme. It's important that, at every stage, you know how you're doing and where you need to do more.

Equality and fairness

We celebrate the individual. We love different personalities and different characters. And we appreciate that every single person brings something different to the AXA business. That's why we're committed to attracting and recruiting people from all backgrounds, walks of life and sections of the community.

For us, diversity means recognising, understanding and valuing the differences that exist in our society and in our workplace. Diversity's to be celebrated, and we firmly believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce leads to better performance and happier teams.

Equal opportunities

We believe in treating people fairly, with the respect and dignity they deserve. We'll never discriminate in our recruitment process on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or similar beliefs, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, age, hours of work or trade union membership. We also ensure that everyone has equal access to training, promotion opportunities and pay.

Positive About Disabled People

We're proud to have achieved JobCentre Plus Positive About Disabled People status, and we're enthusiastically committed to increasing employment opportunities for disabled people and encouraging all disabled people to apply for jobs with us.
