Our Business Graduate Programme incorporates two years of real and varied work experience designed to realise your potential and bring out the qualities we look for in our business leaders of tomorrow.
You'll enjoy real responsibility from the start, facing challenges that will stretch your abilities to the full and developing the skills you need to make a real difference to our business.
Throughout the programme, you'll have line managers and a mentor to advise and support you and a Personal Development Plan to guide your progress. Three varied eight-month placements will help you decide which area of our business you want to concentrate on.
At the end of it you'll be able to take on a challenging role where your will be able to apply your knowledge of the business in your chosen career.
