Before you apply 

I haven't got the required grade for the programme. Can I still apply?

Unfortunately not. We need all applicants to have reached our benchmark in terms of degree level or discipline. If you're in your final year, you can apply based on your expected results. We will, of course, take up references to make sure you've reached the minimum academic requirements before you start.

I graduated a number of years ago. Can I still apply?

Absolutely, providing you meet our minimum criteria for the programme.

Do you accept applications from international students?

Due to difficulties with continued sponsorship under current UK Border & Immigration Authority rules we are unable to accept international students without the right to work in the UK on the rotational Business Leaders Graduate Programme. We welcome applications to all other programmes from international students. In addition, we have opportunities across the globe. Find out more about our global graduate programs.

I have a disability that may affect my online test results. Can I get extra help?

We certainly wouldn’t want you to be disadvantaged, so please tell us. Email us at careers@axa-uk.co.uk before you take the test. We can then talk about the most suitable way forward. So you know, we may need to see a medical certificate before agreeing to any changes.

I'm having a few technical difficulties accessing the online tests. Who can help?

If you’re having problems, please email careers@axa-uk.co.uk and we’ll talk to our test providers. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with an answer.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Use our password reminder service. Enter your email address and we'll send you your password.

I've tried the password reminder link, but I'm still having trouble accessing my account. Help!

Please email our Resourcing team. But please don't use this email for anything else. It's only for technical queries.

After application submission 

I've a query regarding my application, who's best to contact?

We'll have sent you a confirmation email after your initial registration or application. There'll be a contact email address or telephone number on that.

Will I get feedback after each stage of the recruitment process?

Unfortunately, because of the sheer number of applications we receive, we can't give you feedback after every stage of the process. We will give you comprehensive feedback after the assessment centre. If you'd really like feedback after your first interview, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What happens if there are no spaces left on assessment centres when I want to book?

In all honesty, it's unlikely to happen. But, to be 100% sure, make sure you apply sooner rather than later.

Can I claim my expenses back? What do you cover?

We'll attach an expenses form to your invite to the assessment centre. Generally, we'll cover any expenses incurred from your first interview and any reasonable hotel and travel expenses for the assessment centre – we're unlikely to pay for first-class travel or five-star hotels!
