Business Graduate Programme

Are you one of tomorrow’s business leaders? This two-year graduate programme is designed to bring out your full potential through a variety of work. We will arrange three separate eight-month placements that will allow you to see different aspects of the varied AXA business.

Throughout the process, you’ll be challenged to stretch yourself and develop skills that will stand you in good stead throughout your career.  We’ll monitor your progress through a Career Development Plan, which you can review with your line managers and also a business mentor. 

At the end of the two years, you will be well equipped to take on a challenging and rewarding role at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic businesses.

Our company and departmental induction programmes will help you to get to know your colleagues and find out more about AXA. Your three placements will take you to different areas of the business and often between geographical locations too.

Frontline Customer Experience
You will work directly with our customers, so you can get closer to them and truly understand their needs.

AXA UK role
You’ll have the opportunity to join one of our ‘shared service’ functions such as HR, Marketing, Finance, Risk or IT to understand how these key divisions support the wider business.

People Management
Working in an area such as Customer Services or Insurance Claims, you’ll develop your delegation and influencing skills – learning how to deliver results through others.
