3. I can't find a suitable role, can I send AXA my cv?

We try and encourage candidates to apply for particular jobs rather than applying speculatively. You will find all our latest vacancies at here. If you can't find the vacancy that suits your aspirations, why not set up a job alert which will e-mail you roles tailored to your criteria.

5. If my application is un-successful will someone let me know?

Of course. AXA's policy is to e-mail every single person who applies to let them know the outcome of their application, successful or not. If you reach interview stage we also provide feedback to every candidate.

6. Does AXA offer work experience?

Unfortunately AXA doesn't have a formal work experience programme. However, check back regularly as this is something we're looking to implement in the future.

Unfortunately we don't offer gap year opportunities at present.

9. What identification will I need?/ What security/pre-employment checks will I undergo?

We ask all candidates to bring proof of eligibility to work in the U.K. We can accept a passport on its own, or a full birth certificate together with a P45 document (P45, P60, NI card, government agency letter). You'll also need to bring a proof of address. Our referencing checks also include employment/personal references as well as academic, medical & credit checks.

For some roles we will offer relocation assistance. Please ask the contact you are given if this applies to the role you have applied for.

11. What happens to my application after I have applied?

Your details will be reviewed by our Resourcing team who create a shortlist of the most suitable candidates. This shortlist is then sent to the Hiring Manager.

12. How long will it take before I hear about a job I have applied for?

If you have been shortlisted we will e-mail you to let you know if you have been successful or not. Ordinarily, this process is completed within 5 working days of the closing date.
